CROSS CULTURAL-MELODIOUS MUSIC SHOW 2009

4^th of April….Finally u come edi…..after months of preparation, our music show eventually successfully being carried out…….but I m so sad coz mani of de school I contact din come, much of them feel tat their school r very far n facing transport problem….anyway, I m reali happy coz my parents come UTP 2 support me….

De theme of our music show is MELODIOUS RENDEVOUS….tis time, v r reali lucky 2 have miss Chen XiYao 2 come 2 our school 2 perform…she is de top ten ER HU soloist around de world who come from Shanghai…..de moment I look at her play de er hu, OMG, she is so pro tat I dunno how 2 describe la…..

3 days prior 2 tis grand event, v did reali practice hard 4 de show…. De tempo of de song v play r reali fast….untill almost all my fingers got stuck….Pei Wen, Denson,Zhong Ying, Siang Leng n I almost go crazy palying our Er Hu……besides us, there are 4 school which also come 2 join us to perform like Chung Ling,Valdor,Keat Hwa and Hua Lian……when v pratice wv them, v can reali c de difference……SO NEAR YET SO FAR…. V r jz sitting side by side, y de skill of our Er Hu can b such a grat difference,haiz……reali Chan2 Kui4 lo………But wat can v do, jz practice,practice n practice lo……every day from morning till nite, I think tat I m reali become “MOVING COPRSE WALKING MEAT” edi lo………reali not enuf sleep

During our 5 rehearsal, they did reali hv mani patterns, I dun even noe where should I sit coz every time I go up, de seating is different lo….At de perform stage there v did reali meet some new frenz from other school..v reali fully use our fee time,huh?? Most of de junior I noe r from valdor……

Finally, come 2 tat nite….i, as de escort tat nite reali find a lot of fun lo…..i guide lots of people to their seat such as my parents, students n oso parents…..then, de performange start, all of de UTP performer sit at de side island there watching de show….then, v hv move 2 de backstage 4 songs b4 our turn 2 perform coz our conductor scare us will delay de time so he rather let us wait at backstage there 4 more than half hour……..

When it’s time 4 us 2 move 2 de stage, v r so afraid….de pressure did reali press on us….but all of us jz try our best 2 perform wat v hv learn so far…..i m so lucky tat I can follow de tempo of Typewriter….tis song reali make my fingers mix 2 gather….dunno y, all of us jz feel tat de 3 songs tat v play reali fast….then da Melodious Rendezvous nite successfully end…..v r so EXCIETED….i feel myself so Bu2 Xiao4 coz left my parents back 2 ipoh without accompany them since they came all de way from kelantan 2 support me…T.T…..

After a photo snapping frenzy wv every1….v move back 2 V6 wv all those junior 2 eat supper….then, again I hv my supper outside de mamak stall there wv teacher, I m so lucky coz Miss Chen treat us eat!!she treat me Maggie goring n the tarik!!!…..both of de conductors did reali scared me coz their dunno-how-to-describe acts…..OMG, there r so different when they r teaching n playing…..wanna noe de details, jz ask me later lo…..

After wasting some time outside mamak stall ,I finally back 2 my room n watch movie…..at bout 3;30, I m so shocked tat de juniors suddenly rush into my room without earlier notice…..since tat nite is their last nite in UTP, I jz accompany them chat lo…….n there, our nite ends….
